UBS needed a solution to electronically deliver daily transactional correspondences to their customers. DG3 provided a solution. UBS uploads an Excel file to a specific FTP location. Each FTP location is associated with a predetermined letter. The process automatically sends an email to the recipients listed in the uploaded file using the predetermined letter as the content for the email. DG3 then follows up with a “send” report indicating what was sent, when it was sent, to whom, and the delivery status.
