Cognizant needed an e-commerce storefront for users to purchase promotional materials. Key requirements for this included the ability for internal corporate users to log in to the storefront via an SSO (single sign on) from their corporate intranet as well as the ability for external users to log in via a traditional username and password. The system also needed to support multiple payment methods (project code and credit cards) depending on user role (internal corporate users or external users) and the ability to select a shipping method based on payment type. DG3 was able to develop a solution that met all of their needs providing a PCI compliant e-commerce solution.
