Franklin Templeton

Franklin Templeton has requested that DG3 supply a solution for the e-delivery of PDF files through email. These emails were to contain regulatory required documentation to be delivered to recordkeepers of associated funds. And as such these are considered “transactional” emails from a CAN/SPAM perspective. Franklin Templeton provided an Excel spreadsheet detailing which PDFs were to be sent to which email recipients. DG3 developed a solution to deliver these transactional emails via an integration using MailChimp Transactional API.
