Bausch Health

Bausch needed a print on demand solution whereby hundreds of their field sales force users could access a secure portal to order stationery material which included a secure credit card check out process. This deployment required the set up of dozens of different user groups and real time roster updating via DG3’s FTP.  CCG worked with the client and across our organization to scope, document, develop and deploy a solution that provided Bausch users everything they needed to order their stationery materials.  CCG has continued to support the solution for the past year, having deployed the portal in March 2020, which has contributed to the client’s loyalty and stickiness to DG3.  This opportunity has gotten DG3 in the door to pitch a PI Plus program and compete in that PI RFP.
